To honor your time and mine, all sessions are by appointment only. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee or result in forfeited deposits. Please inform Nadia of any health conditions (pregnancy, allergies, asthma, sensitivities) before your session so we can tailor your care with safety and intention. “Each session is a space held just for you—thank you for respecting its rhythm.”
